Who We Are
Homecert Limited is a BER assessment, energy compliance and civil engineering services company founded and operated by Jason O’Malley, an SEAI-registered Building Energy Assessor with a background in civil engineering. We are based in Co. Mayo and serve homeowners, landlords, estate agents, architects and developers across Ireland.
Our approach is straightforward: rigorous technical work, honest advice, and fast, professional service. We are not a large national firm. We are a focused, local business that understands the specific characteristics of West Mayo’s housing stock — from traditional rural cottages on the Murrisk Peninsula to modern suburban developments in Westport.
Every assessment and report we produce is completed personally by our registered assessor. You get the same level of care and technical precision whether you’re based in Mayo or anywhere else in Ireland.
