The survey data is used to produce scaled drawings showing contours, boundaries, structures and services. Typically required for planning applications, drainage design and construction projects.

Yes. We provide technical support and documentation for the VPRG, including property assessment, report preparation and application assistance. The grant provides up to €50,000 for refurbishment of vacant properties and up to €70,000 for derelict properties.

Once submitted, planning applications are decided within 8 weeks by the planning authority. However, preparation time varies — typically 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the project and availability of site survey data.
